The com789 VIP programme is designed to give regular players something meaningful back. Four tiers, increasing cashback rates, dedicated support and exclusive promotions — all built around how you actually play on the platform.
About the Programme
Most loyalty programmes on online gaming platforms follow a similar pattern — you accumulate points you can barely track, unlock a "reward" that turns out to have a long list of restrictions attached, and end up feeling like the programme was more marketing copy than genuine value. The team behind com789 looked at that experience and decided to approach things differently.
The com789 VIP system is built around a simple idea: the more consistently you engage with the platform, the more tangible value flows back to you. That starts from your very first deposit with a welcome bonus and builds as you move through the four membership tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Each step up unlocks genuinely better cashback rates, faster withdrawals, more personalised service, and access to promotions that are not available to general account holders.
For Pakistani users specifically, cashback in PKR that lands directly in your account wallet is one of the most straightforward rewards a platform can offer. You can see exactly what you have received, and you can use it freely across the entire platform — whether that means placing a cricket bet during the next PSL fixture, spinning a few slots, or jumping into a live casino table.
It is also worth being clear upfront: the VIP programme at com789 is designed as a loyalty reward for regular entertainment use of the platform, not as a financial instrument or income source. Please always manage your gaming budget responsibly and treat any cashback or bonus as an enhancement to the entertainment experience, not as expected income. With that said, for players who already enjoy the platform regularly, the programme adds genuine value month over month.
Membership Tiers
Every account starts at Bronze and progresses based on activity. Perks and cashback increase at each level. All bonuses are subject to terms and conditions — play responsibly within your budget.

How It Works
The com789 VIP programme is activity-based. As you engage with the platform — whether through sports betting, casino games, fish games or bingo — your activity contributes to your progress through the tier levels. There is no manual application process for Bronze, Silver, or Gold. You move through them naturally as you use the platform over time.
Platinum membership involves a review process and is available to long-standing, high-activity members. If you believe you qualify, you can contact the support team to discuss your account status. All tier progressions and eligibility are managed internally by com789 based on genuine activity patterns.
One thing worth noting: your VIP level is not about spending the maximum possible on the platform. It is about consistent, sustained engagement over time. A player who uses com789 regularly across multiple months can progress through the tiers without needing to place unusually large bets. The programme is designed to reward loyalty, not to incentivise beyond-budget spending.
Exclusive Benefits
Beyond the cashback rates, here is a closer look at the specific perks that higher-tier com789 VIP members can access.
Cashback is calculated on your net activity and credited to your PKR wallet on a weekly or monthly basis depending on your tier. It can be used freely across the entire platform with no game restrictions.
Silver tier and above receive periodic reload bonuses — deposit match offers that give extra value on top-ups. These are issued based on deposit timing and amount, subject to standard bonus terms.
Gold and Platinum members get their withdrawal requests processed ahead of the standard queue. Platinum members receive near-instant processing to JazzCash, Easypaisa or bank accounts.
Gold members are assigned a dedicated account manager who understands your preferences and can assist with account queries, bonus claims and platform navigation beyond general support.
Gold and Platinum members receive invitations to exclusive tournaments across cricket betting specials, slot competitions and live casino events. These are not available to general account holders.
Platinum members have a personal VIP host — a single point of contact who handles everything from custom promotion requests to high-level account management and support escalation.
VIP & Responsible Gaming
The com789 VIP programme is a loyalty reward structure — it is not a signal to spend beyond what you are comfortable with. This is something worth saying clearly, because loyalty programmes by design can create a pull toward more activity. Recognising that pull is the first step to managing it sensibly.
Set your weekly entertainment budget in PKR before you start each week. Whether you are at Bronze or Platinum, the rule is the same: stay within the amount you have decided on regardless of cashback rates, ongoing tournaments or special promotions. The VIP perks are most valuable when they complement disciplined play, not when they become the motivation for going beyond your budget.
Higher VIP tiers come with access to private high-stakes tables and larger-format games. Use these based on what is appropriate for your budget, not based on what your tier technically unlocks. A Platinum account does not mean Platinum-level stakes are the right choice for every session.
com789 is available to adults aged 18 and above only. If you are a VIP member and feel that the programme or any promotion is influencing you toward uncomfortable levels of spending, please reach out to our support team or take a break using your account's session management tools.
