How It Works

Three Steps to Your com789 Account

Getting started on com789 is quicker than most people expect. The whole process — from opening the registration page to having a funded PKR wallet ready to bet with — typically takes less than five minutes. Here is exactly what happens at each step.

01
Fill in Your Basic Details
Enter your name, mobile number and date of birth. You will need to create a username and a password for your account. Use a strong password — something that is not used on any other service — since your account will hold a PKR balance. Your date of birth is collected to confirm you are 18 or over, which is a firm requirement for using com789.
02
Make Your First PKR Deposit
Once your account is created, head to the Deposit section and choose your payment method. com789 supports JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast instant payment, bank transfer and debit or credit cards. Select your preferred option, enter the PKR amount you want to deposit and follow the simple confirmation steps. Most mobile wallet deposits land in your com789 wallet within seconds.
03
Claim Your Welcome Bonus and Start Playing
Your welcome bonus is applied automatically to your first qualifying deposit. From there, your PKR wallet is loaded and every section of com789 is open — cricket and PSL betting, fish games, bingo rooms, slots, live casino and the full sports betting markets. There is no waiting period to start playing. Log in, pick your game and go.
Registration is completely free — com789 does not charge any sign-up fee. The only money involved is the PKR you choose to deposit when you decide to play for real.

com789 was set up with Pakistani users specifically in mind. Payment methods were chosen because they are the ones people in Pakistan actually use every day — JazzCash and Easypaisa are part of daily life for most of our members, and Raast offers another fast and familiar option. There is no need to set up an international card or go through a complicated currency conversion process. Your PKR balance in your com789 wallet is exactly that — Pakistani Rupees, deposited and withdrawn in PKR, with no hidden exchange rate fees.

The platform works on any device with a browser — phone, tablet or computer. There is no mandatory app download to get started. Open com789 in your mobile browser, register and you are in. If you prefer a dedicated app experience, that option is available too, but it is a choice rather than a requirement.

During PSL season or major T20 series, registered com789 members get access to live betting markets alongside pre-match odds, meaning you can place bets as the match unfolds. Pakistan vs India, PSL finals, T20 World Cup — all the markets you actually care about are in one place under your com789 account.

Why com789

What You Get When You Register on com789

A com789 account gives you access to a full entertainment platform built for Pakistan — not a generic product adapted for the market, but something designed around how Pakistani users actually play.

Cricket and PSL Betting
Access live and pre-match markets on Pakistan Super League games, T20 internationals, ICC tournaments and domestic cricket. Match winner, top batsman, over-by-over markets and more — all under one login, with PKR odds updated in real time during live play.
Fish Games, Bingo and Casino
Beyond sports, your com789 account opens the full gaming section — fish games with multiple table varieties, bingo rooms at different stake levels, slots from top providers and a live casino with real dealers. All accessible with the same PKR balance, no separate account needed.
PKR Deposits via Mobile Wallets
JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer and cards are all supported for PKR deposits and withdrawals. No international card required, no currency conversion, no hidden fees. Mobile wallet deposits typically clear within seconds — the money is in your wallet and ready to play almost immediately.
VIP Programme from Day One
Every com789 member enters the VIP programme at the Bronze level upon registration. As your activity grows, you progress through Silver, Gold, Diamond and Platinum tiers — each with higher cashback rates, bigger withdrawal limits, faster processing and exclusive room access. The programme is automatic — you just play and the tier updates itself.
Works on Any Device
com789 runs in your browser on any smartphone, tablet or computer. The layout adjusts cleanly to whichever screen you are on, so the cricket betting markets are just as accessible on your phone during a match as they are on a bigger screen at home. No mandatory app download, though an app option is available for those who prefer it.
24/7 Support in English
Live chat support is available around the clock through your com789 account. Whether it is a question about a deposit, a query about bet settlement on a PSL game or anything else — the support team responds in plain, clear English without scripted runaround. VIP Gold and Platinum members get priority queue access.

Eligibility and Requirements

Who Can Register on com789

com789 has a small number of requirements that every member must meet before registering. These are not complicated, but they are firm. Here is what you need to be aware of before creating your account.

18 years or over. com789 is strictly an adult platform. Your date of birth is collected at registration and verified. Accounts belonging to under-18s are closed immediately.
One account per person. Each individual can hold only one com789 account. Multiple accounts — even under different contact details or devices — are not permitted and result in account action.
Accurate personal details. The information provided during registration must be truthful. com789 may request identity verification documents, particularly when processing withdrawals. Inaccurate details can delay withdrawals or result in account review.
Deposits from your own payment method. com789 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. The JazzCash, Easypaisa or bank account used to deposit must be in your own name.
Agreement to Terms and Conditions. Completing registration means you have read and accepted the com789 Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy. Both are available in full on this site before you create your account.

Common Questions About Joining com789

Yes. Creating a com789 account costs nothing. There is no sign-up fee, no subscription and no charge for maintaining an account. The only PKR involved is what you choose to deposit when you decide to play for real money. There is no requirement to deposit immediately after registering either — you can explore the platform and check the available games and betting markets before you put any money in.

After registering and logging in, go to your account dashboard and select the Deposit option. Choose your preferred payment method — JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer or card. Enter the PKR amount you want to add to your wallet and follow the confirmation steps for your chosen method. Mobile wallet transactions are typically reflected in your com789 balance within a few seconds of confirmation.

Absolutely — the majority of com789 members in Pakistan register and play on their phones. The platform runs in any mobile browser and is fully optimised for small screens. You do not need to download an app to register or to play. If you prefer an app, that option exists, but for most users the mobile browser experience is fast and works well without any installation.

Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed clearly in the deposit section of your account. com789 keeps minimum deposit thresholds accessible so that players who want to start with a modest PKR amount can do so without being pushed towards large first deposits. Check your account dashboard for the current minimums for JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast and other payment options.

No. com789 operates a strict one-account-per-person policy. If you already have a registered account, attempting to create a second one under different contact details or a new device is a breach of the Terms and Conditions. Duplicate accounts are identified during routine reviews and result in both accounts being suspended pending investigation. If you have forgotten your login details, use the password recovery option or contact support through live chat.

The welcome bonus is applied automatically to your first qualifying PKR deposit on com789. Once your deposit is confirmed, the bonus is credited to your bonus balance alongside your real money balance. Full details of the welcome bonus — including the wagering requirement and any game restrictions — are available in the Terms and Conditions and in the Promotions section of your account. If the bonus is not credited after your first deposit, contact the support team through live chat.
