01Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Member") and com789 ("the Platform", "we", "us"). By accessing com789 through any device, creating an account, making a deposit or placing any bet or wager, you agree to be bound by the terms set out in this document in their entirety.

06Betting Rules and Bet Settlement

• Bets are accepted subject to the odds displayed at the time of confirmation. Odds may change between selection and confirmation during high-traffic periods — you will be notified if the odds change before your bet is placed.

• If two or more selections in an accumulator are voided, the accumulator is recalculated with the remaining valid selections. If all selections in an accumulator are voided, the stake is returned.
• com789 reserves the right to void any bet placed at clearly erroneous odds arising from a technical or human error. Where possible, affected members will be notified before voidance.
• Disputes regarding bet settlement must be raised within 14 days of the relevant event result. Disputes submitted after this period will not be reviewed.

07VIP Programme

The com789 VIP programme has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Diamond and Platinum. Tier progression is based on cumulative platform activity over rolling time periods. The specific activity thresholds for each tier are published in the VIP section of the platform and may be updated periodically.

• VIP benefits — including cashback rates, withdrawal limits, exclusive room access and dedicated support — are associated with your active tier at the time the benefit is applicable.
• Tier status is reviewed on a rolling basis. Insufficient activity during a review period may result in tier downgrade to the level supported by your recent activity.
• Cashback earned through VIP benefits is credited to your PKR wallet and is not subject to wagering requirements unless specifically stated otherwise for a particular cashback promotion.
• VIP status and associated benefits are personal to your account and cannot be transferred.

09Account Suspension and Closure

• Use of multiple accounts by the same individual.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, the balance will be held until the investigation is complete.
