com789 is an online gaming and sports betting platform designed specifically around what Pakistani users actually want — local payment methods, a PKR wallet, cricket-focused sports markets and entertainment that works smoothly on everyday mobile devices.
Who We Are
com789 was built from the ground up for the Pakistani market. That sounds like something every platform claims, but in practice it means something very specific here. Before a single feature was built, the team spent time understanding how people in Pakistan actually use their phones, how they prefer to move money around, and what kinds of games and sports genuinely capture their interest day to day.
The result is a platform where everything runs in PKR, deposits go through JazzCash and Easypaisa without friction, and the sports section leads with cricket — PSL, T20 internationals, bilateral series and ICC tournaments — rather than treating it as an afterthought alongside European football leagues. com789 works the same way in Lahore as it does in Karachi, in Peshawar as it does in Islamabad, and it loads reliably on the mid-range Android handsets that most Pakistani users actually own.
The platform brings together sports betting, casino games, live casino, fish games, bingo and a VIP programme under a single login and a single PKR wallet. There is no need to manage multiple accounts or convert currencies. Everything is visible in one place, in the currency you use every day.
com789 is built around the idea that online entertainment should be accessible, transparent and enjoyable — not confusing or frustrating. That philosophy shapes every decision, from how the navigation is laid out to how quickly winnings are credited back to your wallet after a settled bet.
To give every adult in Pakistan access to a fair, well-designed online gaming and betting platform that works with the payment tools they already use, in the currency they think in, with a focus on the sports they actually follow.
Build for mobile first, price in PKR, support local payment methods natively, and keep the interface simple enough that anyone who can use a messaging app can navigate the platform without a tutorial. Prioritise cricket. Be transparent about how odds, bonuses and terms actually work.
com789 is an entertainment platform for adults aged 18 and over. We encourage all members to set a personal PKR budget before playing, keep sessions within planned time limits and treat gaming as leisure rather than a source of income. See our Responsible Gaming page for practical self-management guidance.
What We Offer
The features below are the ones that Pakistan users consistently highlight as the reasons they stay with com789 rather than switching to other platforms.
Our Journey
The platform has grown steadily since its early days as a focused sports betting destination. Each phase added something that Pakistan users were specifically asking for — broader payment support, more cricket markets, a structured VIP tier and eventually a full suite of games beyond sports. The timeline below shows the key milestones.
Our Values
Four core principles that guide every product and operational decision on the platform. These are not marketing language — they are the practical considerations that come up in day-to-day decisions about what to build and how to treat members.
Payment & Support
com789 supports the payment methods most commonly used in Pakistan for day-to-day transactions. No international wire transfers, no conversion fees, no unfamiliar systems.
JazzCash and Easypaisa are the primary mobile wallet options on com789. Both support deposits and withdrawals directly from your existing wallet account. Transactions process quickly and the PKR balance is available on the platform immediately after a confirmed deposit.
Raast instant payment, standard interbank transfer and debit/credit cards are all supported. Raast transfers between participating banks process rapidly. Bank transfers to and from your registered account work within standard processing windows.
The com789 support team is available through live chat directly within your account. For general queries, the FAQ section covers the most common questions about deposits, withdrawals, bonuses, game rules and account management in plain language.
VIP Gold and Platinum members have access to dedicated account managers who handle queries with priority response times. Bronze, Silver and Standard members use the shared live chat queue, which is staffed continuously throughout the day and evening.
You can also reach the support team by email. Response times for email queries are typically within one business day for standard accounts and within a few hours for Gold and Platinum VIP members.
com789 is entertainment for adults. The platform is designed to be enjoyable and engaging, but it should always be used within limits that make sense for your personal financial situation. Before each session, it is worth deciding in advance how much PKR you are comfortable spending and what your time limit will be. Sticking to those limits is the most effective way to keep gaming a positive experience.
If you ever find that gaming is taking up more time or money than you planned for, step back and review your habits honestly. The Responsible Gaming page on com789 provides practical self-assessment tools and guidance on managing your play. com789 does not want members to spend beyond their means, and the platform does not promote gaming as a path to financial gain.
